Simpson Appraisal, Inc. is a full service real estate valuation firm that was established in 1988. It has grown to be a leading provider of valuation and consulting services on commercial and residential properties in the Southwest. Our role is to provide concise and comprehensive appraisal reports on which clients may base their business decisions. 

We are able to provide quality services by employing well-educated and experienced professionals. Our associates have an average of 20 years experience in real estate valuation. All are State Certified Real Estate Appraisers and are committed to providing our clients with outstanding, reliable service.

Jack A. Simpson, President and Chief Executive Officer, holds the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute. Members of the Appraisal Institute who have earned these designations are the most qualified in their field, rigorously tested and proven to be skilled in the valuation of both commercial and residential properties. He has served on various local and national committees including Ethics and Counseling.

Mr. Simpson holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Tech University and has undertaken extensive appraisal and real estate coursework and seminars through the Appraisal Institute, Society of Real Estate Appraisers and other accredited organizations. He holds a General Appraiser Certification in Texas and New Mexico as well as a Texas Real Estate Broker license.

He is a highly respected professional whose expertise in real estate valuation is exemplary. His extensive experience and knowledge of both commercial and residential properties make his principled work sought after by those seeking quality and excellence.
